Now through December 1, LA Opera presents Handel's Tamerlano, starring
Plácido Domingo. "Years ago, I was introduced to Tamerlano
and to the part of Bajazet," he said. "I immediately felt that the part would be
perfect for my voice." "The role provides a wide range of emotions that Domingo
exploited with compelling power" (Los Angeles Times). Mr. Domingo will be
signing his two new DVD releases on November 25, after the performance.
