LA Opera is collaborating with Classical KUSC to produce the sixth consecutive season of LA Opera on Air, a weekly broadcast series of performances recorded live at the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion. Hosted by Duff Murphy, the series will feature all six operas from LA Opera’s 2011/12 season, including a special live broadcast of Puccini’s La Bohème on Sunday, May 20, at 2pm.

The series will be broadcast locally on Classical KUSC 91.5FM and streamed online at www.kusc.org. The broadcasts will subsequently be syndicated throughout the United States and internationally on the WFMT Radio Network. Broadcast dates and times on the WFMT Radio Network vary in differing media markets; please visit WFMT for more information.
