Database support and services
Los Angeles Opera, the United States' fourth largest opera company has an immediate opening for a Database Support Technician. The Technician will provide end-user support on all lines of business applications including, but not limited to: Tessitura, Tstats, EpiServer CMS, Microsoft Office 2010 and Adobe Acrobat. Previous experience of Tessitura is not required but desirable.
The ideal candidate will be working with Los Angeles Opera and the Music Center staff. Strong verbal skills and professional attitude are necessary, as well as an eagerness to learn new and challenging skills. Training will be provided.
Skill Set Requirements:
Excel

Knowledge of a CRM system
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of SQL
Knowledge of Programming languages

Tstats and RMA
Compensation:
Starting salary: $16.83/hour

Costume Crafts Assistant
Los Angeles Opera Costume Shop has an opening for a motivated Costume Crafts Assistant for our 2013/14 Season. Qualified applicants must have a strong working knowledge of general costume crafts. Millinery skills and general dye skills are required. Candidates must have the ability to meet tight deadlines, work independently and as part of a team, and must possess excellent communication skills.
