Britten 100/LA Performance: Sundays Live Series at LACMA
Concert by cellist Andrew Shulman and pianist Robert Thies, featuring Britten's Cello Sonata (Op. 65, 1961), as well as Beethoven's "Variations on a Theme from Handel’s Judas Maccabeus" and the premiere of a new work by Los Angeles composer Bruce Broughton written to commemorate Britten's centenary. This concert is free and open to the public; no tickets required.
