Britten 100/LA Inaugural Event

The Britten 100/LA inaugural event (Feb. 23 at 4:00pm) features a conversation with James Conlon. In a presentation that expands on the format of his enormously popular pre-performance talks, Mr. Conlon will discuss the artistic legacy of Britten and his music, as well as introduce the numerous festival events taking place throughout Southern California in the coming year. The event will include performances of Britten’s vocal works by members of LA Opera's Domingo-Thornton Young Artist Program and all attendees are invited to meet Mr. Conlon in person after the presentation.This event is free and open to the public, but reservations are required; please call 213.972.8001 to reserve.
