Soprano Hae Ji Chang will cover the role of Zerlina in Don Giovanni this season. She recently performed Giulietta in Bellini’s I Capuleti e i Montecchi with the New England Conservatory of Music, conducted by Stephen Lord. Last season, she sang Pamina in The Magic Flute with the Saint Louis Symphony. She has covered Giannetta in L’Elisir d’Amore with New York City Opera and Mélisande in Pelléas et Mélisande with Opera Theatre of Saint Louis. In concert, she was the soprano soloist in Fauré’s Requiem with the Colorado Music Festival Chamber Orchestra and made her debut with Baltimore Symphony Orchestra in Honegger’s Jeanne d’Arc au bûcher, which also marked her debut at Carnegie Hall.
