Canadian baritone Phillip Addis recently performed Demetrius in Britten’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream at the Opera di Roma and made his debut at the London Proms in the title role of Pelléas et Mélisande. His 2012/13 season features appearances as Algernon in the world premiere of Gerald Barry's The Importance of Being Earnest at the Opéra de Nancy and in the role of Sid in Pacific Opera Victoria’s Albert Herring.
